Description

Stoma Paste is an absorbent adhesive paste that is applied to the skin around the stoma and the adhesive base. The barrier formed by the paste helps to prevent leakage of stoma effluents, protecting peristomal skin and reducing skin damage. It is applied around colostomies, ileostomies or urostomy. It is also used to protect exposed skin around fistula sites between the base of the stoma and the hole in the protective plate.
